This chutney powder you can use it to spread inside masala dosa and u can also eat with rotis.
Ingredients.
1 cup roasted peanut or groundnut
1 cup fried gram
1 cup dry coconut powder
3 -4 cloves of garlic
Curry leaves
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredient and grind it. Your chutney powder will be ready .
You can make flax seeds chutney powder in same way. Roast the flax seed till they start to Popup.
Add curry leaves as much you want. Garlic, chilli powder, bit tamarind and salt. Grind it.
It helps to reduce the bad cholesterol.
