It is rich in dietary fiber , anti oxidants, vital vitamins and minerals and low in calories.Often recommended for cholestrol control. When taken adequately before and during early pregnancy, it can help prevent neural tube defects in the newborn babies.

Urad dal 1 tablespoon
Chana dal 2 table spoon
Dry Red chillies 3
Hing a pinch
Salt as needed
