Nutella Chocolate cookie/brownie


1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon hazelnut extract
1/3 cup Nutella
1/3 cup milk
Nuts and white chocolate chips (optional)



Method:

Mix all wet ingredients- butter, milk, vanilla, hazelnut extract. Mix dry ingredients- flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, salt. Now add sugar and brown sugar with wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients in batches. Last add the Nutella and bake 325 degrees F for 10-12 mins. Enjoy it warm with a scoop of ice-cream or at room temperature with milk.
