Hi ladies .. I know you all know how to make masala dosa, but still I just wan post my upgraded version.
Ingredients.
2 cup raw rice
3/4 cup urad daal
3 tea spoon toordal
2 tea spoon Chana dal
1 tea spoon fenugreek seeds
1 onion
Soak all the ingredients in the morning and grind it in the night and leave overnight to get ferment. While grinding if you add very little leftover rice( may be 2 tea spoons), dosa will be very nice.to get red color add 1 tea spoon of sugar.
To ferment in winter, make oven hot fr a minut and keep batter inside overnight. Morning add salt and make yummi dosa with potato sabji..and coconut chutney.
