Bread Paratha



Bread Parathas:

Ingredients :

Bread : 6 slices , Onion : 1 big , Potatoes : 2 ( big boiled ) , Ginger : 1 cm piece , Green chillies : 2 , Paneer : 25 gm , Milk : 1/2 cup ,
Salt : 1/2 tsp , Few coriander leaves , Pinch of red chilli power.

Method :

Crush the bread slices. Make a paste of ginger and green chillies. Grate paneer , onion and boiled potatoes . Chop coriander leaves. Mix all the above ingredients. Add salt and chilli powder. Make a soft dough with milk. Make small parathas and cook spreading ghee or oil on both sides. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
